Management

Jeffrey S. Mayhall, Esq., Director of Operations: Mr. Mayhall is a founding member of Camelback Commercial Development Company. Mr. Mayhall is responsible for the day to day operations and oversight of all company activities and transactions including; acquisition, leasing, legal, project financial analysis and financing, equity placement, property disposition and property/asset management. Prior to forming Camelback Commercial Development Company, Mr. Mayhall practiced law in the areas of real estate, construction and corporate matters. Mr. Mayhall received his J.D. from the University of Toledo, College of Law.

Timothy Amrhein, Director of Development: Mr. Amrhein is a founding member of Camelback Commercial Development Company. Mr. Amrhein is responsible for the company’s development activities including design, municipal approvals and entitlement, leasing, construction management and supervision of professional service providers. Mr. Amrhein has twenty-four years of experience in commercial real estate development and the associated industries of architecture and construction general contracting. Prior to forming Camelback Commercial Development Company, he held management positions at Phoenix, Arizona based, regional retail development companies, Vestar Development Co. and Westcor Partners. Mr. Amrhein received a degree in Architecture from Texas Tech University.

Of Counsel :

Roger D. Christianson: has thirty-five years of experience as a transaction-oriented senior real estate and finance executive with nationwide, development, acquisition/disposition, financing, leasing, marketing and management experience.  After receiving a Bachelor and a Masters degree in both Business Administration and Finance he held positions ranging from Vice President to Chief Operating Officer at national and regional development companies such as Johnson Wax Development Corporation and Dermody Properties. While he is not a member of Camelback Commercial Development Company, LLC, Roger consults on all of our developments with primary responsibilities in financial modeling and supervising major transactions.
